Order processing

• Order processing: 2-3 business days
• You will be getting email notifications with order status updates.
• If you order multiple sets or products, you may receive it in multiple packages.
• If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.

US Shipping

• Most of our orders are shipped via USPS
• It takes 2-3 business days for continental US destinations and up to 4 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Damaged or Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos of the damaged product, the packaging and shipping label to hello@charluxecreations.com

We will endeavor to correct the problem as soon as we can. If no contact is made within 48 hours, the purchase is deemed to have arrived safely.
